Requirements Prior to Harvesting [16]    For Holders of Forest Tenure or Management Arrangement
  • No Tree Plantation Registration required. However, all plantation activities, including harvesting of planted trees, should be in accordance with the approved management plan
  • 5% inventory conducted by licensed Forester/s
  • Inventory report submitted to the CENRO/Implementing PENRO


For Private Tree Plantation Owners
  • Register the Private Tree Plantation to the nearest CENRO/Implementing PENRO by submitting the following documentary requirements:
    • Certified True Copy of Original Certificate of Title (OCT) /Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT)/Tax Declaration
    • GIS generated map of tree plantation
Transport Requirements [16]  For transport of logs and tree derives outside the tenured area
  • Original copy of Certification stating that the products are from tenured/managed forest plantations shall be required


For transport of logs and tree derivatives outside the private land
  • Original Copy of Certification stating that the products are from the landowner’s private property
